This policy explains what information Deedigo collects when you use deedigo.com or buy a report, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, the property address or parcel number you ask about, and what you bought.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits — never your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, such as extra addresses for your plan.
• Basic site data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To research the property, prepare your report and email it to you.
• To manage your plan, answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To keep records required for accounting and taxes.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run Deedigo (such as Stripe for payments, and our web and email hosts), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your reports, support you and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we’re required to keep. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
